Vancouver Bound: IOAN to Exhibit at SIGGRAPH 2018

The Association of Computing Machinery (ACM) will be holding its 45th annual conference on computer graphics and interactive techniques, known as SIGGRAPH 2018, in Vancouver, British Columbia from August 12th through the 16th. The five day conference showcases a broad spectrum of emerging technologies, research, and “fearless acts of collaboration.”

INSTRUMENT | One Antarctic Night (IOAN) will be running as part of the Art Gallery. SIGGRAPH’s diverse art gallery highlights technology-mediated works and this year’s exhibition, chaired by Andres Burbano, explores the concept of Origins. The Art Gallery is located in the West Building, Exhibit Hall A. IOAN will be running from 1:30PM – 5:30PM on Sunday (8/12) and from 10AM – 5:30PM for the rest of the conference (8/13 – 8/16).

We are excited to share this project with the SIGGRAPH audience and cannot wait for SIGGRAPH-goers to remix the night sky!
